Our History and Work
RAAM Construction Ltd was established in 2006 in Enfield,North London as a family-run company and has evolved into a reliable partner that builds, refurbishes and repairs over 1000 properties a year across London. Our aim is to provide exactly what our client requires, while achieving long-term asset management objectives and immediate cost-saving targets.
We cover all types of building work, from new builds and extensions to maintenance and responsive repairs to existing properties. We have been working with housing associations to maintain and repair their properties, and we have also refurbished various residential and commercial units.Recently we have been working with largest house builders in UK , resolving defects and NHBC claims. Our service delivery is centred on efficiency, quality management and continuous improvement.

Our Staff and Values
All or our employees are skilled in various aspects of the building and construction industry. Our operatives are all CRB checked, hold CSCS cards and we regularly hold Health and Safety briefings. Our supervisors are able to oversee projects from start to finish, communicating with the client, our skilled operatives and other involved parties. We are always eager to learn new techniques and use the latest technology to continually improve the service that we can deliver.
Customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service. This is regularly reviewed and subject to an annual audit.
