Northumberland Park Community School underwent a transformation from a community school to Duke’s Aldridge Academy. RAAM Construction had the privilege to be a part of the rebranding and refurbishment of the school.
Northumberland Park Community School wanted us to carry out various works at the school within the budget and time frame. These works included the alteration of the reception, refurbishment of large areas of school, creation of new toilets and staff room. The works included carpentry, carpeting, plumbing, electrics, clearance and demolition works.
We also had to ensure that fire retardant paints were used in accordance with manufactures guidelines in order to achieve a certificate of completion. Due to careful planning, we were able to complete works successfully within the tight schedule to enable the school to open for the new term.
Thanks to the close cooperation with the management and facilities team, working on this project was a pleasure for the RAAM team.
