Origin Housing – EICR

For this project, we provided a comprehensive service for Origin Housing, carrying out electrical testing across 1,000+ properties a year, ensuring the electrical compliance of each property keeping their tenants safe and their minds at ease. We endeavour to keep an open line of communication between us and each tenant, striving to meet their individual needs and schedules. We prioritise in looking to provide the highest quality service, keeping tenants updated and informed regarding appointments and maintenance work, keeping them safe by wearing full P.P.E and in achieving increasingly high standards.
